Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, our maximum liability is £100.00 (the Liability Cap), applying to all claims. This cap is considered reasonable and not a penalty.

Time limit for claims

Any claim must be made within 1 year of the date it arose. After that it will not be considered.

  • A breach of third-party terms
  • Your fraud or unlawful conduct

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved under the laws of Vietnam.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. You are responsible for checking them each time you use the website. Continuing to use it means you accept the changes.

Entire agreement

These Terms and the related policies on the website (excluding third-party terms) form the entire agreement between you and FTRACK.VN and replace any earlier agreement.

Waiver and severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of that right.

Remedies

FTRACK.VN may take any necessary action, including injunctions or legal proceedings, to enforce these Terms and related policies.
